The hiring process was mostly introductory because it was related to a pharmaceutical company where I had already worked. I had an initial interview when I was first hired, and then a second interview later on.

Very simple interview process with them, basic and general questions. They do a first interview and then a second which will be directly at the client company, unfortunately they don't have the power to change the client company's contract type.

It was a streamlined, quick, and effective process. It started with a phone call, then moved to an in-person meeting, followed by a direct interview at the company, and finally resulted in an offer of employment. The contract was satisfactory, and so was the job classification; everything was perfectly in line with and even exceeded expectations.
