the whole thing was an average experience but the people were friendly and helpful, not many comments but overall okay, could be better though.
It was a smooth and punctual process with good questions, but sometimes the recruiters ghost candidates. It would be good if they knew more about the job they're posting and informed candidates if they needed to cancel. Candidate time is important too, and some even take the day off for interviews.
The interview went well and was friendly. The headhunter was supportive. In the interview, I introduced myself briefly, talked about my past experiences, and answered questions about teamwork and motivation. We also discussed tasks and next steps for the role.
