Candidate-reported interview process

It was a friendly and pretty clear call, no mention of compensation and little precision on the tasks I should carry out during the mandatory curricular internship required by my university studies.

The interview with Adecco itself was straightforward. During a phone call, I was asked questions about my qualifications, my career path to date, and my skills. I quickly received positive feedback and was then introduced to the employer (temporary employment).

CV submitted online, followed by 2 interviews. This included self-presentation, showcasing projects, and Q&A with recruiters. I also got a presentation of the missions and tasks involved. Then there was a meeting with the companies and setting up schedules with the host companies. Finally, a meeting and discussion with management.
