The first interaction was a phone call. After that, I went to the company's office for an in-person meeting to discuss the position face-to-face.
The interview went smoothly, and they called me at a time that worked for me. The interviewer offered helpful advice and seemed genuinely interested in learning more about me. While the communication could have been a bit clearer, it was a good experience overall.
It was a short interview with general questions. I felt comfortable expressing myself. I didn't get many details about the position. I didn't receive a final answer, which was a bit disappointing because I hoped for a response even if I didn't get the position. Other than that, everything was fine.
