Candidate-reported interview process
The selection process had several steps and people to talk to. There was a team activity with other candidates that they didn't tell me about beforehand. I didn't hear back about the selection process even though I had already done two interviews.
Basic and standard questions were asked, like 'what is your career plan?' and 'what is your experience with HR systems?', nothing complex or difficult. I passed the whole process but at the end, I didn't get any feedback.
The interview process was pretty standard for HR roles. It started with an initial introductory call where they asked some general questions. Then, there was a second interview via Teams covering my experience, goals, contract type, and salary expectations. Finally, there was an in-person meeting for management evaluation. Overall, the difficulty was average.
