Candidate-reported interview process

It was a quick process, and the recruiter was always in touch. We started with a WhatsApp message to set up a phone screening. Then, I had an interview on Teams with the same recruiter from Adecco. Finally, I interviewed with the end client, who is the hiring manager for the role.

The process started with a WhatsApp call, followed by an interview with the recruiter to check if my profile fit the job. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager to verify my technical and behavioral skills for the role, and finally, the hiring process.

Had a chat with the recruiter, Bruna. It was very relaxed and all the information was super clear. I felt really good, the service was great, and the chat was nice and cozy. We talked about everything, both professional and personal stuff.
