First step: aptitude tests for logic, completing numerical series or geometric shapes, etc. Test to get to know your personality: for various questions you have to indicate if you agree or disagree with what is written.

The first interview was a recorded video interview. You get a question and have a certain amount of time to answer it. Like, what you know about the company, why you'd like to work in banking... The last one, even though they didn't warn us, was a question in English. You'd get an image and they'd ask something generic about it. I think they just wanted to see how you react to surprises and if you wouldn't freeze too much if you had to speak in the language.

We agreed on a time and day for a video call via email, then they sent the video-call link. There was 1 interview with agency staff, then 2 interviews with the company's HR, and finally 3 interviews with the office manager and HR.
