Adecco Business Analyst interviews, decoded.

I had a brief 10-minute initial call with Adecco where they asked for specific documents and my CV in a certain format. They mentioned they would then pass my CV to their client. Following that, I had a second interview with the client, which felt like a Q&A session. They had prepared questions and asked them directly, but they were pretty straightforward. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them or Adecco after that.

The interview was pleasant, and I received feedback. The recruiter's response was quick. They were always attentive to details and helpful throughout. The downside was the lack of a detailed explanation regarding labor outsourcing; they should be more involved in this topic.
