Adecco Analyst interviews, decoded.

The process was moving fast for a while. But when I got to the last stage, there were some miscommunications and delays. They stopped responding after telling me that the client changed the job scope and offered another position. I asked more questions about this new role but didn't get any answers.

Everything seemed fine at first, but when the company that was going to hire me told Adecco they weren't moving forward with me, they stopped responding and never told me why. They ghosted me. Luckily, I got the same offer elsewhere and was able to explain my situation. They took the time to find out why I wasn't selected and gave me the feedback Adecco never provided. It was a disgrace.

the interview process was relaxed, but HR was very slow to respond, even though they were in a hurry to fill the position. I had to ask multiple times to find out which company it was, the salary, they scheduled and rescheduled the interview, a lot of delays and I preferred not to proceed with the second stage.
