It was a three-stage process. First, a recruiter call for background checks and basic info. Then, a technical interview with team leads about my experience and tech skills. Lastly, a final interview with a manager or executive to check my attitude and if I'm a good fit.
The interview process was pretty simple. It focused on your experience in ESG/Sustainability and if you were open to learning and being trained. They also checked your ability to lead teams and work with people in different time zones.
I had three interviews: one with HR, one with the hiring manager, and one with a peer. The process was fast, with interview scheduling taking between 3 days and a week. I was also considered for another role, which involved a panel interview with a different team.
