Addus HomeCare Interview Questions

The recruiter call and phone screen went great. I was told I'd be moved on to the hiring manager and would hear back about the next steps. But I never heard back, even after I sent follow-up emails. Really disappointing and unprofessional.

Went through a general interview with some great questions. I was able to ask questions too. Started with a recruiter call, then moved to the next step. Had an in-person interview with the interviewer. Then had another interview. It was a nice company, and I liked how thorough they were.

I went through two interview rounds, and they seemed really happy with me. I thought things were going well, but then it went totally silent for two weeks after my second interview. I emailed them twice for an update, and that's when I found out they'd already offered the job to someone else who accepted, and they never even told me. It was a huge letdown after how much they talked to me before the interviews.
