Candidate-reported interview process

First there was a phone call, then a practical session at the office. The phone call was 30 minutes and the practical session was 3 hours.

The entire interview lasted about 30 to 40 minutes and focused on conceptual Java programming questions. These were standard Java concepts, so no surprises, but it's important to know them well. No brainteasers or problem-solving questions were asked in my case. Additionally, the recruiter provided a list of questions for preparation, but I found that deeper knowledge beyond that list was necessary.

It was a chill chat with 3 interviewers where we talked about my skills and looked at my portfolio. They then gave me a logo design test to do at home, which I passed and got the job.
