I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, who explained the role within a PMO. We went over some standard interview questions and talked about the PM tools Addition Financial uses. It was a good chat, and I felt like I'd enjoy working there. Unfortunately, I didn't move forward, but I'd apply again if another suitable job comes up.
The interview process was great and straightforward. The people there were friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the work culture and the amount of local community support they provide.
I was contacted by a recruiter for a basic phone screening that lasted about 30 minutes. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. They both talked about how they've had some recent recruitment and turnover issues, but they also confirmed the company's stance on pay and remote work, which seems to be behind what's common in the industry. I haven't heard back since the interview, and my attempts to follow up haven't received a response.
