There were 3 interview rounds in total. The first two interviews had one interviewer each, and the final interview was a panel. It wasn't too stressful! Using the STAR method is a good idea to prep for the interview.
Recruiter was from Syneos Health, not familiar with Addison Whitney. Recruiter call was high-level. Then I had a 1-on-1 with the manager. After that, I did a presentation of a task I was given to 3 or 4 people. It was an okay experience, I spent a lot of time on the task. They also took a while to let me know if I got the job (I didn't).
Applied online and had a phone screening real quick. Then got called the next day to schedule a phone chat with the hiring manager.
