Candidate-reported interview process

It's a two-step interview process. You'll meet with the branch manager for the department you're applying to. Sometimes, the first round might be a phone or webcam interview.

The interview process was very professional and easy. I'd recommend Micheal Cox; he was very thorough and explained the job offer in detail, unlike the last recruiter who offered me a job and then just threw me to the wolves to fail.

The interview process was disorganized and the interviewers were not friendly, which made me feel like the company has a bad culture. It seemed like they had already decided on me before I even came in. It was very unwelcoming.
