Candidate-reported interview process

An internal recruiter set up the interview. I met with a senior sales team member and the division's branch manager. I also had a quick chat with the LVP. The whole thing took about an hour and a half, and they called me with an offer later that same afternoon.

Good interview experience; they will speak with you longer if they are impressed. The communication after the interview is a bit difficult. You need to be patient, and they will eventually respond.

The interview process involved a 2-part interview, starting with a 30-minute session, followed by a 6-hour day. Overall, I got a good vibe of the office and team. They test your phone skills and how you handle awkward conversations. They take you to lunch and debrief the day on the 2nd round.
