The interview was virtual and not very informative. The representative was really friendly. Seems like because I don't have a college degree I wouldn't be able to find a job with them.
It started with a call from a recruiter. Then there was some back and forth via email to get references and my updated resume, and to set up an interview. They also followed up to ensure all the paperwork was sorted. After that, I had an interview with the recruiter. More emails followed.
So there were two interview stages for this role. The first one was with HR, and then the second one was with the managers I would've been working with. It took a pretty long time to hear back between those two.
