The hiring process was quick and easy and HR was very responsive! A few interviews were needed and an in person visit was part of it which was nice to see the office and the people who work there
The hiring process took a couple of weeks and was pretty disorganized. I applied for one role but was interviewed for a media role instead, although I decided to hear them out. I didn't get the actual job description until the last round, and HR initially sent me the wrong one. There were three rounds total, with the final one being an in-person interview that lasted 3 hours. Everyone was nice, but the process felt chaotic. They ghosted me after the final interview and hired someone I knew. It seemed like the company wasn't well-organized and their recruitment was self-serving. I felt like they didn't care about me at all, so I'd avoid them as an employer or business partner.
The interview process was pretty standard for an agency. It's really important to connect with the team you'll be working with.
