Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty straightforward. The interview took about 30 minutes, and we went over the company and job responsibilities in depth. It seemed like a good group, and I would recommend them. I ended up taking a position with another firm though.

The interview process was effective, though it really depends on who interviews you. I had two rounds: a phone interview and then a face-to-face meeting where they flew me out to Abu Dhabi from where I live.

You'll have a first phone interview with HR, then a face-to-face interview with the manager or department head. The interview length will vary based on what they need to be sure you're a good fit.
