Candidate-reported interview process

There were a few steps in the interview process, really just to make sure you'd be a good fit here. It started with the HR Director, then you met the CEO/Co-Founder, and finally, you met with the Purchasing staff.

I saw the job on Linkedin and applied. A senior recruiter first reached out, then I had a chat with the hiring manager and did a technical interview. The recruiter then got back to me about salary negotiation. I got the offer letter the very next day.

I applied online and they reached out via email. After that, I was set up for an interview. They had two initial interviewers who both asked questions. Then, the manager came in afterward to ask more questions. The first two people I talked to asked questions that I felt I couldn't answer well, no matter what. I didn't think some of the questions were necessary, and they could have been structured better.
