The interview process at Adaro for the Student Program was structured and professional. It started with an online application, then an email screening. After that, I had a joint Zoom interview with HR and the technical team. HR asked about my motivation, background, and understanding of Adaro’s values and business. Then the technical person asked questions about my skills for the role. The interviewers were friendly and clear. The whole process took about two weeks. It was a good experience and gave me a good impression of the company.
The interview process is pretty long, with several psychometric tests. These tests are mainly to figure out patterns and check your normal thinking habits. They also use the Klepiner test. Everyone on the team is nice during the process, but you'll need to think smart and be objective for the assessments.
I interviewed with the head of operations and the head of HRD. They asked hard and tricky questions. Basically, just explain the best answer for any tough question, be humble and clever, and think about the job offering.
