Got a call from Adara Networks for a QA position and had a mixed interview experience. The interviewer came up with very few handy questions and wasn't convinced by my answers when I tried to explain them. He kept asking the same question over and over. I felt the interview process wasn't mature enough. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview.
It was a phone interview for the first round. They dove straight into SDN because I had a project about it on my resume. They also asked some basic networking questions and a few about my recent project.
I got a call from a recruiter, then a short, high-level phone interview. After that, there was one interview round with a panel including the CEO and some technical people. The questions were straightforward, except for some specific network protocol timer questions. It was a formal and professional setting. They spent more time telling me about the CEO's achievements, the company's history, its strengths, and contacts, which actually helped me decide if it was the right fit.
