ADARA Interview Questions

The interview process was great and everyone was really approachable. They talked about their work style. The first part seemed to be about how they do things.

Had 3 interviews total. One was in person, the other 2 were phone calls. They asked basic questions, nothing too tricky, and the interviewers were really friendly. They asked for examples, like a time I handled an angry customer, which was pretty expected.

This was an all-electronic interview process (email, phone, teleconference), and they communicated well throughout. The job description was clear, and they hired to match those requirements. I liked that they prioritized finding someone who fit both the skills and the culture. I met with HR, future teammates, my potential manager, and the VP of Engineering. It was great to be able to ask my own questions about the company culture and team dynamics.
