I was told salary would stay the same and then two months later my team was cut. I had to inform them about it instead of corporate. Then I was asked to take on more responsibilities. It wasn't a good experience.

So I had a great interview with staff. First, there was an initial interview, and then I had another interview with the staff member. They actually made a job offer on that phone call, and I accepted it.

Recruiter reached out to verify my interest and info, and on the spot asked my salary expectations. I said I had the same question for Adaptive Rehab. She said the hiring manager would get back to me since I'm open to negotiation. Never heard from them again. Seems like they aren't open to negotiations.
