The interview was pretty standard, covering my past experience and explaining the role and territory. I had 3 video meetings with 5 current staff members. About 2 weeks after my interview, they let me know they chose someone else. I was pretty surprised when I found out the person they hired was one of the people who interviewed me. It just seems a bit weird and not really fair for someone to be interviewing candidates for a job while also applying for it themselves.
The interview process involved Leetcode-style questions that were fairly easy and basic. I managed to pass even though I had some trouble with one question initially. It was a quick process, with only two rounds as far as I recall, and one of them was entirely behavioral.
A couple of interview rounds happened. It was very professional, all on Teams. Each interview focused on a company core value with specific questions, and reps from different departments were there. Then we got to negotiations. The recruiter was super professional and knew a lot about the job and the company.
