So there were 3 rounds total. It started with a phone call where we chatted about the job and my skills. Then I went in person for the next interview, and the last step was a call with the CEO in the US.
The interview process was really good, and the management was super cooperative. I got selected and am now working with a great team. Everyone there is supportive, helpful, and it's a friendly atmosphere, a nice place to be.
The interview process had 2 rounds. The first was a face-to-face discussion where they asked about my hands-on experience with technologies. The second round was a systems test. They gave me Java Developer and .Net Position JDs and asked me to source candidates from the Naukri portal, and they evaluated that. Finally, there was an HR discussion about the CTC package.
