Candidate-reported interview process

I had a good experience with how they picked me. They were really clear from the start about what was happening, and I always knew what came next. The interviews were set up well and were all about letting me show off what I know and what I've done.

It was a multi-round interview process that included a mix of coding and personal questions. The hiring team was very considerate and walked me through the entire process. The coding test was live, with a hiring team member watching my screen and providing guidance on the prompt.

They had a few rounds of interviews for me, including a coding challenge. I actually got to go into the office and shadow someone, which was neat. The company seemed like a cool place, but they weren't using the tech I'm into.
