The interview process had a few stages, all done remotely. First, there was a phone screen. Then, a technical challenge using Python. After that, a system design interview. Finally, a chat with management. The process was pretty simple and everyone was nice. It was a good experience overall.
It's a pretty typical interview process, though it can vary depending on who you talk to. The stages are: HR interview, Hiring Manager interview, then two online tech interviews, and finally a Director interview.
The process took a long time and was very easy. There was a strong technical test on algorithms and data structures, also on databases, Java, and OOP. Additionally, there was a part about microservices architecture and a bit about frontend.
