Candidate-reported interview process

It was a process with multiple steps, and it ended with a take-home assignment. The assignment required more time and learning of their platform than I thought was reasonable.

It was a pretty fast process. Started with a recruiter phone screen, then I talked to the team manager. After that, I got an assignment, which was pretty intense, like a full-time job, and then a mock call followed by another interview. The recruiter was really helpful and responsive throughout.

There were about 3 main rounds, including initial screenings and a demo. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here; they really make you spend a ton of time prepping a demo, and even if you go above and beyond, they still expect more. It feels like they don't respect your time. Plus, the director seemed really uninterested and distracted during the demo, and he looked super young, like early 20s. Definitely left a bad impression, so I'm glad I didn't end up working there.
