They sent over a use case, and I had to build the solution within Salesforce. Then, I presented my solution to a panel of three people. I didn't really connect with the panel; it felt pretty formal. Not sure if it was me or them.
So they started with a 30 min intro call, and then if that went well, I got invited back for the final interview which was about an hour long. It was pretty standard, with behavioral and some technical questions.
The interview process involved multiple interviews and a demo, which took a while. Communication was poor, with the recruiter not providing any updates. It was a significant time commitment.
