Ad Victoriam Solutions Analyst interviews, decoded.

Met company at career fair, which got me moved to the second round. Second round was about my experience and skills for consulting, and a question about Salesforce Apex. Third round was a half day at the office in Alpharetta with other candidates. It included quick 20 min interviews with employees, breaks, presentations, and group presentations. Lunch was provided.

My interview with Ad Victoriam Solutions kicked off at a career fair, talking with their recruitment team. They shared cool stuff about the Elevate program and company vibe. After that, I had to do some behavioral and cognitive tests. Then, two weeks later, I had my first Zoom chat with a recruiter. Another two weeks passed, and then I did a group Zoom call with some team folks. The final step was heading to their Alpharetta office for interviews with the whole executive team and working on a case study.

I first talked to the recruiters at the career fair, they told me about the company culture and the job. I gave them my contact info and they reached out that same week to set up the first interview. The first round was with the Director of Talent Acquisition, where we talked about my past experience on my resume and what I'm looking for in a job. About a week after that, I had a final round with some senior consultants. It took about two weeks to get the final decision.
