Candidate-reported interview process

Went through about 5 rounds of interviews but didn't get the job. Most people were really nice, but the last person wasn't very engaged and seemed a bit distant. They asked about past work examples and my favorite campaign of theirs.

There were two initial screenings with HR, followed by a Zoom meeting with the manager. It was quite a drawn-out process considering the low salary offered. The hiring team came across as a bit condescending, and the job had been posted for several months.

It was a series of interviews with people at different levels, all focused on my past experience, what the role needs, and how the org is set up. I got a good feel for the different team members and how they work. It was at the headquarters.
