Candidate-reported interview process

It was a normal and straightforward interview process. They wanted to see my skills and experience, and check if I was a good fit for the company. I felt it was very fair, and they were also friendly and accommodating during the process.

I went to their office for an interview with the director. I went all the way there, but I never heard back from them. It's really unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates who take the time to show up. The least they could have done is give some feedback, any feedback. We make the effort to come, we spend money on travel, and on the other side, they don't even bother to reply.

It was straight forward they asked about expensive and what the main focus of my job would and went on to explain the Venice it’s and salary and what the expectations would be
