Candidate-reported interview process
started with a take-home analysis problem, then had a chat with a recruiter, and finished with three interviews with analysts. The interviews were all behavioral, except for the analysis exercise. It was a good process overall and I enjoyed speaking with everyone.
Initially, I had a take-home case study where I had to do some basic data analysis and then explain it to someone currently working there. After that, there was a written test covering basic math, logic, probability, and stats. This was followed by a Zoom interview that went on for about 3 hours. It was a pretty long process, but the HR department was professional.
You'll have a test, so make sure to have pen and paper ready. Then, you'll need to take a photo and send it to the interviewer. They'll ask you to introduce yourself and then ask a few more questions.
