I had a recruiter phone screen where they asked about my salary expectations and experience. Then, I had in-person interviews with senior management who asked basic and experience-related questions. I declined the offer because the salary was too low; the recruiter focused on the lowest number I mentioned and didn't advocate for me.
The interview process mainly involved questions about my past work experiences, along with some scenario-based behavioral questions. They were thought-provoking but not overly difficult.
It was a fast and pretty laid-back interview process. I had a screening interview and then a longer virtual interview before they made me a job offer, but then they rescinded it before I could even start.
