Candidate-reported interview process

The interview started with a phone chat where we went over the company basics, the job details, and I was asked some questions about my skills and how I'd handle difficult situations like a child having a tantrum during a session.

Had a quick phone interview, about 20 mins long, asked some screening and scenario questions. Got the job offer right after the call and received the offer letter the same day.

It was just a phone interview with screener questions, and they went over my personal background, how familiar I am with kids, any applied psychological knowledge I have relevant to the job, and some situational questions. After the screener, the interviewer told me right away if I was a fit or not.
