Candidate-reported interview process

It was mostly open-ended questions, trying to get a sense of my actual experience and how I approach problems, not really testing deep technical knowledge. Like, they asked me about handling tech issues, what systems I've supported, and for examples of work I've done on Linux and other systems. It was pretty chill and basic, more about if I'd fit and if I could do the job generally, not super technical troubleshooting.

It was a good process, I had a chat with HR, and then a few days later I had a video call with a manager. They gave me extra time for relocation. I accepted an offer.

It was a very personable and conversational interview, not at all interrogative or intimidating. They were interested in my abilities regarding team building, conflict resolution, time management, prioritization, and availability. I spoke to my potential boss first, and then had a follow-up with a C-level executive.
