The interview process was smooth and comforting. They asked to the point questions directly related to the role. The whole thing took about two weeks. I met with 5 people in total, including the Hiring Manager, and everyone was polite and asked appropriate questions related to the role.
They're gonna grill you and make you feel like you're worthless. They'll ask why you chose your past jobs, what your roles were, and about any certs or degrees you have. Then they might say you could've done something way better. They're pretty aggressive and expect fast answers.
It was a pretty straightforward process. First, I had a phone call with HR to check if I met the basic qualifications. Then, I had another phone interview with some of the technical team to assess my suitability for the role. Finally, I went in person to interview with some of the other Sales Engineers and the hiring manager.
