The interview process was not good. The hiring manager asked personal questions unrelated to the job or hiring process, which was odd. I was offered the job but chose to go elsewhere.
The hiring process involved an initial Teams call with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person interview on campus. We discussed the role in detail, and I met some of the team during the campus visit.
The interview was pretty short, only about half an hour. It was mainly basic interview questions. We just chatted in the dining room about working with others and older people.
