The interview process was straightforward. They asked me questions, and I provided my answers. All of the interviewers were pleasant. It felt thorough. I don't have much else to add about the process itself. How many more words until I have reached the limit?
EPAs can feel like a waste of time since most acting jobs are offered directly. Usually, you're just meeting with an assistant, not someone who makes casting decisions. You seldom get feedback, and by the time EPAs are required, the cast is often already decided. EPAs are more of a procedural requirement than a genuine casting tool.
The interview process starts with a phone interview, then you have an in-person interview. It's usually with just one person, the principal. They'll show you around the school and classrooms that are currently in session. The teachers there seemed pretty nice.
