Activus Connect Interview Questions

I applied and within a day, the recruiter emailed me to set up a 30-minute video interview on Teams. The interviewer was on time and seemed nice, although it was clear he was reading from a script, which didn't bother me. He asked a lot of basic questions about my experience, what I'd do in certain situations, and if there were any content types I'd be uncomfortable rating. A big part of the interview was him explaining the training schedule and potential start date. They made an offer at the end of the interview.

The interview process was very easy, but it took a long time because I needed a job fast and they weren't reaching out to me. Recruitment gives me the chance to build relationships, understand people’s strengths, and guide them through important career decisions.

First, I had to complete an assessment. After that, there was a video interview that I could do at my own pace. I think there was a second call with a person involved in the hiring process after that, potentially when I got the job offer.
