I first spoke with the talent manager, and then I had interviews with everyone from the VP of the branch down to senior colleagues. They asked me a bunch of questions about my background and how I'd handle different situations.
After my application was reviewed, I received a set of questions, followed by a recruiter pre-screen. Then there were 3 rounds of interviews. While the interviewers were mostly great, a major downside was the lengthy communication delays between stages, sometimes weeks. When I did get contacted, interviews were scheduled with little notice, usually within a couple of days. The entire process spanned about 4 months.
The interviewer seemed new and uncomfortable, making the interview feel unproductive despite being pleasant. It was meant to be conversational, but the interviewer struggled when I asked them questions back.
