I applied online and also got a referral from a former employee. Then, I had a recruiter screening call. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview with 3 people. I was then invited back to meet with 3 more people. Finally, I received the offer. The whole process took about 5 weeks. The first 3 steps were quick, and then there was a few weeks of waiting. After the last interview round, it took 2 weeks to get the offer letter. The recruiter was always easy to reach and kept me updated.
I got an email asking me for a phone interview. About a week later, I had a phone interview with the VPHR.
The interview process was well-organized and thoughtful. They provided refreshments, and I met with several people involved in the role. The interviews lasted a full day, and I received the schedule ahead of time. Their hiring process was exceptional.
