I had two rounds of interviews. The first was with a recruiter, mostly about my background, why I want to work here, and if I'd fit in. The second one had both the HR and hiring managers, where we talked more about my past work, skills, and how they match what the job needs. They communicated well and responded quickly. It felt professional but also nice, and like they really thought about my application. Overall, it was a straightforward and quick process.
The process involved an in-person interview lasting an hour, focusing on algorithm exercises done on a whiteboard with a company engineer. Before this, there was a discussion about the company and my background. The format felt a lot like the 'khôlles' from preparatory school.
I had a total of six interviews. Two were with the Recruiter, two with the CRO, one with the CEO, and one with the Chairman. One of those was in person, the rest were remote. The whole thing moved pretty fast. We talked about marketing skills, company culture, and strategy.
