I had several calls, four in total, but they all felt purposeful and flowed well. They were really clear about communication and what came next, which helped a lot with any stress from job hunting. Honestly, it was one of the smoother interview processes I've been through.

It was thorough yet brief. The interviewer wanted to understand me better, both personally and professionally, which I believe contributes to the strong company culture at ActiveProspect.

The process moved pretty fast, no long waits between stages and they kept in touch. I talked to HR, the hiring manager, and some of the team members.
