Candidate-reported interview process

The whole process took roughly two months. It started with three phone interviews: first the recruiter, then the department manager, and finally the medical director. The last step was a face-to-face interview with the regional director of operations.

The whole interview process was conducted over the phone, which was a new experience for me. But it made sense given how spread out the company is geographically.

I applied online and heard from the hiring manager who wanted to set up an in-person interview. About a week later, I was invited back to meet more of the team. I also had phone calls with some team members who weren't in the NY office. The Aetna HR recruiter kept me updated throughout the whole process.
