Candidate-reported interview process

This interview was tough but super clear. You gotta get customer support and be ready for anything. I think anyone who works here needs to know how to talk about their background in their own way and be ready to talk metrics.

So first I had a phone screening, then a video call where they gave me a take-home exercise. After they reviewed that, I had a panel interview and then a final chat with the Support Manager.

I didn't want to share too much detail, but I wasn't having a great time with the interviewer. I'm not sure if all their recruiters are the same, but I felt she was the least professional compared to other places I've interviewed.
