First, there was a phone screen. After that, I had a 1:1 with the hiring manager and then another 1:1 with the director of new business. Once I got past those two, I had to do a mock call based on a prompt, and then they offered me the job.
You'll speak with a group of sales managers who want to know why you're interested in working with them, what you've done in previous roles, and what kind of person you are.
The interview process at ActiveCampaign was really good. I felt pretty amazed by the people in every interview I had. They were kind, friendly and you really can see how much love they have for the company. That really caught my attention and now that I've been for a month at ActiveCampaign can understand better this love for the company and its product.
