First, I had a phone chat with the recruiter, and they were super helpful in explaining the job and the company. Then, I met with the hiring manager. After that, I had a meeting with the hiring manager's boss and two other people on the team. The last part was doing a mock coaching session.
The interview process was smooth and lasted about 3 weeks, starting from the initial phone screen all the way to the final offer. It was clear that each stage had a specific goal, and they knew exactly what they were looking for! The recruiter was really nice and kept me informed the whole time, even after I got the offer.
The interview process took about a month. It included a phone screen, then an interview with two managers and another CSM. After that, there was a mock client onboarding call with a manager and a CSM. Standard interview questions about past client experience and size of book of business were asked. The team was welcoming and engaged, and the talent acquisition team was really above and beyond in setting timing expectations and checking in for all next steps.
