Candidate-reported interview process

Awful process, very disorganized. The professionals conducting it were clearly unprepared for a proper interview. They used trick questions and loaded questions to mislead and intimidate me. It was the worst interview process I've ever been through. On top of that, they offered benefits and pay below market rates, implying you'd make more later.

It was okay. A phone call and a video call with more generic questions. The first one by phone felt a bit impersonal and rushed, the second one was really nice, but I think the interviewer wasn't 100% honest about the company.

They did a cold call simulation with a lead, giving me the information on the spot. I had 10 to 15 minutes for the conversation. Afterwards, they gave me feedback and I had a second attempt to improve based on the feedback.
